What should we expect for implementation?
- The Arcalea team will handle the implementation from start to finish! Beginning with a simple intake form, Arcalea will provide two tags that need to be added to the website, preferably by Google Tag Manager. Those tags are assigned to all pages (the Data Collector module) and conversion events (the Attribution module).
- To connect to your CRM, we'll need a service account, sometimes called an API account, that is authorized to access the CRM records via API. Once the Data Collector is implemented, Arcalea will monitor traffic and form submissions, configuring Galileo for your exact needs.
- Over the first few weeks, we'll then make small iterative updates, where appropriate to finalize. The team will work over the first full month of tracking to ensure optimized portal and reporting performance, accompanied by access to trainings, FAQ, and video walkthroughs of how to answer any questions.
Given each partner's ecosystem, additional technical requirements may be needed as technology stacks are unique. Our team will notify you of these as part of the integration and work your team as needed.
